This week marks the 7th anniversary of the World Trade Center attacks. The time has come for Bin Laden and Al Zawihiri to be captured or killed. I believe there has been a demonic spiritual covering that has allowed them to stay hidden.

Isaiah 25:7 – And He will destroy on this mountain the face of the veil, that has been veiling over all the peoples, and the mask that has been poured out on all the nations.

Let us pray NOW for this veil of darkness to be removed, so that their hiding place will be revealed!

In Daniel chapters 7-11, we find the prophet involved in spiritual warfare through fasting, repentance, intercessory prayer, dreams and visions against the evil spirits called the princes of Persia and Medes. This spiritual battle is continued today in the fight against Islamic Jihad and terrorism.

Daniel 10:13 – And the prince of the kingdom of Persia stood against me 21 days, and behold Michael, one of the chief princes came to help Me, for I was left alone there with the kings of Persia. And I have come to make you understand what will happen to your people in the latter days for the vision is yet for many days.

Even the mighty YHVH Angel spoke of the difficulty of this battle. The vision was not just for Daniel's time but for the End Times, for our times. This spiritual battle will continue right up to the Second Coming.

Let us thank God for the continuing lower number of deaths in the Iraq War; and the continuing destruction of the terrorist cells and their leaders. Most analyses indicate that there has been a turning point for victory and stabilization over the last few months.

Messianic Pastors

This week's debate between Messianic Pastors about the role of rabbinic teaching and Jewish tradition in the context of our faith in Messiah Yeshua (Jesus) was very well attended – about 160 local Israeli leaders attended. The debate was intense but deeply thought through. Continue to pray for unity among the believers here; for the work of the Messianic Alliance of Israel; our leaders' email network; and a balanced position for all on the issues of the Jewish roots of the faith.

Discipleship and Prayer Center

The work on our new prayer-praise-discipleship center is going well. We expect to have a dedication of the prayer room at the end of October. We are excited about the cooperation of the various Messianic ministries and businesses taking place here at "Yad Hashmona", the Messianic kibbutz, near Jerusalem. Something special is happening. We are looking forward to an increase in all these areas of ministry, including evangelism and marketplace.
